The level NIJ-IIIa for option Plates* are made from extra affordable Good Quality UHMWPE material that are used externally over clothing has great protection. This vest will protect all vital organs of your body plus have special protection for Neck & Shoulders from small Arms Fire up to 44MAG! Internal Panels are made from durable but manageable UHMWPE Advanced material micro Fibers, comfortable to wear for swat or special duty operations - while leaving you protected and unharmed at all times.

Ballistics ARMOUR  offers a wide range of combat-proven body armor vests, designed for high mobility and maximum personal protection, manufactured with durable and lightweight ballistic UDPE micro fabrics. 

Our Modular protective Panels offer different ballistic protection levels, as defined by the US National Institute of Justice under NIJ standards. 

All vests are body-adjustable and available in different sizes and can be quickly removed for cleaning or compact storage.  

 

 

FEATURES:

• 600D double-layer encrypted Oxford cloth, which is more wear-resistant than traditional single-layer Oxford cloth, and can adapt to a variety of different external environments
• The length of the vest is 90cm, the width of the chest is min40cm-max55cm, and the width of the waist is min30cm-max50cm
• The length of the container to protect the shoulder is 30cm
• A container for protecting the crotch, with a length of 33cm and a width of 15cm

What Make UDPE (UHMW-PE) so Great?
 
Kevlar tends to absorb 3.5% of its own weight in water while UHMWPE (Dyneema) absorbs no water, maintaining its performance in humid or wet conditions. Kevlar is considered 7 times stronger than steel, while Dyneema is 15 times stronger than steel, making it the world's strongest fiber.

How to choose my perfect fit size?

By measuring your chest and waist.
Your perfect fit is a combination of the size of the plate and the cummerbund. For that, you will need to measure your chest and waist and can then get an ideal combination.
At the top of the page, there is a Size Chart where you can select the option Determine Size, which will tell you exactly which size will fit your requirements perfectly. You can also check the Size Chart at the Tech Specs.

Which armor plates are best to use with the plate carrier?

The vest is designed to work with all SAPI/ESAPI type or Shooters cut plates, with the recommendation to use STA (Stand Alone) type plates for an ideal balance. You can install ICW plates with enough space to install NIJ 0101.06 Type IIIa soft armor inserts.
Ideal plate thickness is between 0.7" (18mm) and 1.1" (28mm).
Make sure the size of the plate matches the size of the vest.

Is it possible to install soft armor inserts instead of hard plates?

Yes.
Due to the same adaptive system, any Soft Armor Inserts will fit as good as hard plates with no loss in plate carrier's performance.

Can I install a chest rig and other gear to this vest?

Yes.
You can install any type of chest rig or additional gear to this vest. But, to ensure the best performance we recommend using only UARM™ gear.
